I'm Thiago Moraes. I've spent years building the systems that keep busy businesses running, from a talent agency to one of the biggest productions ever made. Now I bring them to small and medium businesses across Australia and New Zealand.
The short version of a long story.
Every system we build starts the same way: with a business owner who is tired of doing the computer's job.

01 — The headache
A talent agency drowning in paperwork.
I ran a talent agency. Contracts, timesheets and payslips took over the week, and every one of them was typed more than once. So I built a system to stop it.

02 — The call
The Rings of Power.
That system led to a call from The Rings of Power. More than 2,000 extras, crew transport, accounting and around 500 payslips a week, built and run alongside Amazon's security team.

03 — The realisation
It works for any business.
What worked on the most expensive series ever made works just as well for a dental clinic, a café or a workshop. The problems are the same: the same information typed three times, and nobody with time to fix it.

04 — The mission
Bring it to the businesses that think it isn't for them.
Most owners think this kind of technology is only for big companies. It isn't. My job is to bring it to you, and you never need to understand how it works.
The tools changed. The thinking didn't.
For years I built business systems on FileMaker. Today we build with modern cloud technology and AI. The tools are better, but the job is the same: sit with the people doing the work, find where the hours go, and give them back.
That's why we run everything in our own businesses first. Stunning Dental Lab and GoMate use what we build before any client does. If it isn't good enough for us, it isn't good enough for you.
What we believe.
A few rules that shape every system we build.
We replace tasks, never people.
Technology should take away the re-typing and the chasing, not the people who know your clients by name.
Results, not software.
You shouldn't have to learn a tool to get the benefit of it. We build it, run it and keep it working.
Plain English, always.
If we can't explain it simply, we haven't understood it well enough. No jargon, no hand-waving.
