The Rings of Power
- The problem
- More than 2,000 extras, each with a contract, safety form, medical questionnaire, security check and tax form. Plus crew transport, timesheets and around 500 payslips every week.
- What we built
- A paperless sign-in on iPad, digital timesheets, reports for each extras agency and for production approval, and payroll worked out from the same records. Built alongside Amazon's security team.
- The result
- Paperwork that kept pace with the shoot, and reports the production team called the best they'd seen.
